The Transformation Trust is seeking a dynamic programme manager who is passionate about addressing educational disadvantage and ensuring every child gets a fair shot at achieving their best.

To manage Trust programmes from start-to-finish, including contributing to the design, managing budgets, school recruitment, commissioning facilitators, ongoing monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Schools Liaison Officer

The Transformation Trust is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated ENTRY LEVEL/GRADUATE LEVEL/JUNIOR LEVEL individual to join our team on a temporary basis as a Schools Liaison Officer.

The main purpose of the job is to contact schools and other organizations as required, by phone, email or other agreed means, to promote the programmes run by the Trust and recruit schools for these programmes.

The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Trust Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times.  If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report this in line with the Safeguarding policy.
