The Trust are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and committed junior level candidate for the role of Programme Coordinator.
Main purpose of the job:
This is a primarily administrative and office based role.
Under the direction of the senior management, take responsibility for the coordination of one of our programmes, to include maintaining financial systems, school recruitment, commissioning facilitators, organising workshop logistics, and ongoing project evaluation and reporting.
To provide a comprehensive system of administration, communication and support to the senior management/Programme Managers of the relevant programme.
To ensure that corporate partners, schools, volunteers, freelance workers, facilitators, students and anyone connected with the Trust or the programme receives a personalised and professional service.
To maintain up to date and accurate databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
