Rock Assembly is back for 2020! ⭐
Taking place on the 7th May 2020 at Wembley Arena in its tenth year, it’s set to be the biggest and best yet!
Rock Assembly is a unique blend of futures fair and pop concert for all students in Year 8 and above!
Students will get the opportunity to engage directly with employers in a variety of sectors, through live interaction and activities with well-known organisations. Rock Assembly opens student’s eyes to a range of apprenticeship programmes, school leaver opportunities, and higher education opportunities available to them.
Previous exhibitors include NHS, Dyson, Dell, Barclays, Wates, MediaCom, RAF, Sky, Penguin, Rolls Royce and Siemens to name a few.
They will then take their seats to enjoy a fantastic pop concert in the afternoon! previous artists include Example, Chip, Lethal Bizzle, Razorlight, Ella Eyre, Mabel, Krept and Konan and last year’s headline act, Professor Green.
Calling all musicians! As part of the event, we run an exclusive competition called CLASS ACT. We are looking for a new and exciting act who will have the chance to open the concert as part of the event. They will perform in front of 10,000 students on the main stage and will have the full star-treatment including being put up in a private dressing room, having a series of media interviews and going through a full sound check at the iconic venue. Media interviews with previous winners included the group KINGDOM being featured on BBC London.
Runners up will still have the opportunity to showcase their talent on the Futures Fair fringe stage in the morning!

We are aiming to make the day single use plastic free, therefore please bring a refillable water bottle with you and there will be water stations available to refill them.
The Futures Fair provides students with the opportunity to engage directly with major employers – including the likes of Barclays, Co-op, Dell, Pret, Sky, NHS, Rolls-Royce, Siemens, iDEA, MediaCom, Penguin, Dyson, RAF, Wates, M&G Prudential, the BBC and many more. Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13 students can visit the recruitment workshop area where they will engage with employers directly with the chance of being offered a place on apprenticeship programmes!
In the afternoon, students are treated to a dynamic pop concert – previous artists include Example, Chip, Lethal Bizzle, Razorlight, Ella Eyre, Mabel, Krept and Konan and last year’s headline act, Professor Green.
The amazing Class Act performers also rocked the stage in the afternoon!
